How does mobile / we-come-to-you repair work?
Book a mobile visit online, share your address or meeting spot, and pay the $50 mobile service fee (applied toward your repair). A technician comes to you with the tools and parts for common repairs like screens and batteries.
Where can you meet me?
Home, office, or a public spot like a coffee shop — anywhere in our Seattle-area service zones that's safe and practical for a short on-site repair.
How much is the mobile fee?
There is a flat $50 mobile service fee at booking. That fee is applied toward your repair total.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
We serve neighborhoods across Seattle and nearby areas, including Alki Beach, Auburn, Ballard, Beacon Hill, Bellevue, Bryn Mawr-Skyway, Burien, Capitol Hill, Columbia City, Des Moines, Downtown Seattle, Everett, and more. If you don't see your area, book anyway or contact us — we may still be able to reach you.
What if I'd rather come to the shop?
No problem — choose In Store on the booking form, or visit one of our Seattle locations. Mail-in is also available if you're outside our mobile range.
Do mobile repairs include a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our repairs. This covers parts and labor for issues related to the repair work we performed.
